General Information

Lead times & Delivery

£6 free on all orders over £250. We can normally sample new logos within 7-10 days. On approval of your design or repeat orders we can normally quote a 7 day turnaround. We will work to your deadlines to make sure your order is completed on time.

Design Setup/Origination

A one off charge is incurred for the initial disc design. Artwork is required or we can work from an exsisting embroidered sample. A rough sketch is okay. We will help you design a new logo or refresh an excisting one. Existing discs compatable with our machines can be used.

Prices - VAT

All our prices are exclusive of VAT, children's clothing and some safety items are exclusive.

Samples

We can provide you with plain garments or sizing sets to help prepare an order. Exising customers will not be charged for this service providing that samples are returned in perfect condition. New customers will be charged and refunded on good return.

Account Facilities

You can apply for a credit account, an invoice will entitle you to a 30 day credit. All Other orders will need a 50% deposit or payment in full.
